Unique Windows Systems has become a trusted choice for windows, doors and curtain walling for customers in the trade, new build and commercial sectors.

Our track record in this latter area has seen us build strong relationships with commercial clients like Winvic who we have worked with across multiple projects.

These projects include a recently completed development at Corkfield in Edgbaston.

Located at the junction of Edgbaston Road and Pershore Road, this residential-led mixed use scheme entailed the creation of 375 BTR (buy to rent) apartments across two buildings, the tallest of which is 18 storeys high.

The development also features ground floor amenity space complete with retail and commercial units, a landscaped podium deck, extensive car parking, and a rooftop residents’ amenity area.

Alongside its delivery of the residential-led scheme, Winvic undertook improvements to Edgbaston Stadium for Warwickshire County Cricket Club (WCCC). These improvements focussed on the external areas on the stadium’s western side and on its interface with the residential development.

Unique answered Winvic’s fenestration needs across this project by supplying and installing WarmCore® windows and doors alongside Kawneer curtain walling.

All products were finished in RAL 7015 Slate Grey to ensure an aesthetically appealing contrast with the colour of the wider buildings.
