Magdalen Street

Formerly a bus depot, Magdalen Street encompasses a student accommodation scheme totalling 252 beds.

Unique Window Systems designed, supplied and installed a full suite of fenestration products, including multiple Kawneer curtain wall screens, 15+ AluK doors and more than 300 WarmCore windows for the project; contributing to an area of high quality living space for students across three and four storey blocks, with the University of Essex Colchester Campus and Colchester Institute a short distance away for residents.

The development was completed in August 2020, in preparation for the 2020/21 academic year.
