Southgates

Southgates comprises four buildings and provides 567 student bedrooms, set around a shared courtyard.

The 58 BW window system from AluK was identified as the perfect choice and has been installed to offer a high performance, flexible system. In addition to this, Aluk’s GT 55 aluminium door system provides the ultimate combination of security and performance and also includes thermal break profiles for enhanced performance.

The Southgates project is situated within a five minute walking distance to De Montfort University and Leicester City Centre, with the student accommodation project opening its doors in September 2017.
