New machinery at Unique Window Systems
Unique Window Systems continually strives to deliver the very best product for our customers and, to do so, have continued to invest in the most cutting-edge machinery. The newly acquired Urban AKS 1805 28/16 Quad Welder has been added to our automated sash line and will increase capacity across the range of PVCu and aluminium products we offer, further improving our productivity, efficiency and precision engineering – all of which are extremely important to our business. The new piece of machinery includes features such as:
- Fully automatic processing, from the insertion of the profiles up to the automatic discharge of the welded frame an automatic transfer line – a technique which sets the pace for modern window production
- Possibility of incorporating the machine into a fully automatic line, including corner cleaners with turning station
- The machine is tiltable both ways, vertically and horizontally
- In the case where the frame is not discharged automatically and is taken out by hand, the maximum welding size would be the same as AKS 28/16
- Swivelling of welding machine in horizontal position for release and out-feed of frame during cooling time, consequently no loss of time
- After discharge, the machine returns to the vertical position for reloading
