Unique Window Systems Contingency Plans During COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Outbreak

These are uncertain times for everyone, not just in our industry, but across the world. Therefore, we would like to outline our plans and strategies for coping with the COVID-19 outbreak.

Unique Window Systems are continually monitoring the COVID-19 situation as it develops via the recommended sources and in line with the available government guidance. Unless otherwise instructed, we intend to stay fully operational, whilst protecting our staff and customers as much as we can.

There may be some unavoidable delays in the coming weeks/months as a result of supply chain issues, but we are hopeful this is not the case. If we do experience issue then, as always, both our Trade and Commercial sales team will be in touch to advise you of a shortage/delay prior to delivery. We remain in constant contact with our supply chain on this.

We are closely following the guidelines set out by the government. We will continue to adapt our strategy as these evolve, and of course we’ll keep you posted as these changes occur.
