Lights, camera, action! Unique feature in Channel 5 TV series

Unique Window Systems have featured on Channel 5’s ‘Build Your Dream Home in the Country’, playing a significant role in an eye-catching barn conversion.

Unique manufactured and installed aluminium patio doors, windows and residential doors from supplier AluK, helping to transform a dilapidated metal barn into a luxury home.

Several Unique employees are seen during the episode as they expertly install the precision-engineered products seamlessly into the building. Manager, Mir Patel, also features prominently, as host of the show, Mark Millar, is shown around UWS’ state-of-the-art aluminium factory by Mir.

Mark is visibly impressed with the size of Unique’s aluminium production facility as he meets Mir, who gives a fascinating insight into the products used for the restoration project, including the use of acoustic trickle vents to block out noise from a nearby railway line, and the highly specified glass selected for the patio and residential doors to further minimise outside noise in this stunning barn conversion project.
