Unique Window Systems have begun work on a major commercial contract, teaming up with contractors St. Modwen Homes, to fabricate and install the innovative WarmCore system for a large plot of new build homes.
St. Andrew’s Park in Uxbridge is located on the site of the former RAF Uxbridge in the London Borough of Hillingdon and is a large-scale development that, besides 1,340 new homes, will include a primary school, public park, restaurant, hotel and a care home as part of its ambitious plans.
At the end of February, award-winning house-builder St. Modwen Homes launched phase one of St. Andrew’s Park in Uxbridge. A large majority of the new homes were reserved at the launch, with some determined buyers queuing from 4am to get their hands on one. Phase one of the development will see Unique install the ground-breaking WarmCore window system into the phase one homes.
